Tinkering the Group and Rules, Opinions?

(I thought this would be useful. Everything marked with a * is what I'd like your opinion about.)

Hello Amerimano lovers! It has come to my attention that not all of you know the rules. Yes, someone's art recently was removed from the group, I am not nitpicking at you, others are having the same issue as well. I don't mean to be strict and if you let me explain real quick you'll understand. Here's a copy of the rules, in which you can find on the front page:

I know that a few of you might find this unfair. The reason for this is because dA has a lot of problems with people who post things that aren't their art or even art at all. That includes screenshots and wallpapers, bases, official art, copies, and (de)motivational pictures. I understand bases can be art too, but I'm sorry to say that 90% of dA only takes a few minutes on a base. I want your art, and all of your art. You have a hand, and although you think you may not be good, even the best of artists had a point in which they were just as advanced than you. It takes practice and dedication, and, this is an art site. I want to this to have 100% your art that you have taken your time into.

*I've also been wondering if I should ban MMD. I'm not a big fan of them, and to what I know all you do it download that character and you're good (if I'm wrong please excuse me). Like I said before, I am looking for art, not all AmericaxRomano material. I am not that desperate for a large group.

Disaster art and other pairings should be self explanatory. If a disaster that still affects the world today it being played with in a picture, it will be automatically removed, and not just that, but I could kick you out of the group just for the sake of being a jerk. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to seem like I'm throwing a bunch of tight rules at you. Like I said, my main focus is to have your art, and 100% your art. This is an art site.

*Some people will find the group and shove all their pictures of America or Romano into it. It surprises me when I go to see my inbox and suddenly have 10+ for this group, but to my disappointment, it's all solo characters. I mean, yeah, the folders exist, so have fun with them, but this has forced me to put a limit of only letting you guys post (globally) 2 to each folder a day. Submissions to Featured (AmericaxRomano) is unlimited and to Cosplay is 3 because if you come home from a con, you usually have many pictures and I thought 3 would be an okay limit.
What bothers me about this though is that people will hint to other pairings. They literally find all the pictures they have of America or Romano and send them all into the group. Please,  this is spamming.

*So any opinions on adding or removing any rules? I will not argue, in fact I'm interested in what the members of this group want. Also if you have any ideas for activities or events such as another contest to get the art back going, please do say so!
